The Climate Incubator Green Mentorship Program is a 6-month initiative that pairs aspiring green professionals with seasoned industry experts. Through guidance and support, the program helps mentees pursue their career goals and drive impactful climate solutions. It aims to foster meaningful connections and equipping mentees with the essential knowledge and skills to thrive in the growing green economy.
Throughout the 6-month program, participants will get access to various opportunities to achieve their eco-friendly career aspirations.

Program Activities
Mentorship​
Monthly meeting with your mentor(s) to discuss themed topics.
Fika Meetings​
Voluntary-based coffee meet-ups with other mentees and mentors to connect and share your work.
Webinars​
Informative session featuring guest speakers from Hong Kong and the Asia Pacific Region, covering topics including green career experience, industry insights and current hot topics.

Interested in learning about the green industry

Eager to find mentors and friends to accompany you to explore the green industry

Students, recent graduates, or those who are considering green jobs; or

People who have worked in the green industry for less than 2-3 years

Be able to commit to the activities throughout the mentorship program
